Our workforce in the UK and Ireland has grown to over 200 people with a wide range of port related skills. The competency of all our staff is assessed against the Ports Industry National Occupational Standards.

We recruit both experienced and new people into the port sector using apprenticeship programmes and the National Vocational Qualification system to encourage learning and skills. As a member of the Ports Skills and Safety Organisation we operate to the highest levels of health and safety practice.
