Jenkins and RMS Group announce the formation of a new Humber based joint venture, Precision Stevedores Ltd, which will begin trading on 1 May 2018.
The new Company incorporates the skilled workforce of Jenkins Hull, HHR and RMS Stevedoring and will support Jenkins, RMS Group and their customers in the Humber region.
John Daniels is appointed as Managing Director. Administration offices will be based at Hull Marina.
Ian Parsons, Chairman RMS Group, comments “Precision Stevedores will provide high quality, well trained and safe stevedoring solutions to RMS, Jenkins and our customers. We are delighted to have concluded this joint venture.”
Paul O’Hare, Managing Director Jenkins, added “Precision will be focused on ensuring the highest standards of service and safety. We aim to bring new, properly trained people into the ports industry to complement our already highly skilled workforce”.
